I loved exceptionally comfortable room here.
The hotel was an excellent home base for enjoying a lovely area, just off the troubly Medina, and a quite alley. I had a warm welcome, really friendly and best staff. The location was great and I could use private parking onsite. I stayed here for a trip and would love to come back here some time.

For the value we paid, our stay at this beautiful Riad in Marrakesh was worth every penny. The room was clean and well-designed, capturing the authentic Moroccan charm. The location was perfect, away from the hustle and bustle but still easy to get to. The staff members at Riad Ali Baba were incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. From organizing trips to cooking us a delicious dinner, they truly made us feel at home.
As for breakfast choices, it would have been even better if there were more options to choose from.

The pool creates an authentic and enjoyable atmosphere for the whole family. Each morning, we relished the opportunity to sample various Moroccan marmalades, honey, and homemade pastries for breakfast. The rooms were beautifully designed and always kept in pristine condition. However, the highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the incredible staff at the hotel. They were the warmest and most accommodating hosts we have ever encountered. They assisted us in organizing fantastic trips, cooked us an unforgettable dinner, and provided us with invaluable insights into the city. Their exceptional hospitality made our stay at Riad Ali Baba perfect.
My children wanted a stronger WiFi connection during our stay.

Our stay had a few good moments, including the breakfast and the comfy rooms. The location was quite convenient, since it was walking distance to most city places. One more advantage was the pool, which gave a welcoming feel after a hot and tiring day.
Communication was lacking from the management, as our emails were ignored. We were also disappointed that Wi-Fi connection was weak.

We were greeted with traditional Moroccan tea and the breakfast was delicious, with fresh juice every morning. the pool and rooftop were beautiful and provided a nice break from the city hustle. the staff was also very friendly and helpful.
The bed was quite firm and the light from the hallway seeped into our room at night. We had to hang up a towel to block it out.

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful Riad which is located in a quite alley of the Medina. the staff is very helpful and attentive to detail. the room was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a lovely bathroom. the breakfast was delicious, with fresh juice and pastries. the open-air terrace was perfect for relaxing and sunbathing, and the pool area was very peaceful. the staff arranged a great trip to the Ouzoud waterfalls which made the stay even more enjoyable.
One minor issue was the shower not being consistently hot in the morning.

As a senior woman, I truly appreciated the careful attention to detail in Riad Ali Baba. The traditional Moroccan decor was simply breathtaking, and the ambiance made me feel like I had stepped into a secret oasis. The common areas were beautifully adorned with candles, creating a serene and calming atmosphere. Additionally, the layout of the riad was thoughtfully designed, allowing for easy accessibility for senior guests like myself.
My only small suggestion for improvement would be to have larger signage or name markers outside the riad. This would especially benefit senior travelers who may have difficulty navigating the bustling streets of Marrakesh.
